ABOUT US
Raising Service Dogs Differently
About Us:
Errorless Service Dogs LLC is founded and run by Dawn Scott in Colorado. At one point Dawn was certified by 3 different certifying bodies. That became a lot to keep up with and run the company. Currently she has her ADT (Accredited Dog Trainer) through the IAABC She has been so lucky to work with Dr. Amy Cook in setting up Errorless Learning for Service Dog Training and has implemented it across her company.

We get third party validation that our training work is up to the standard our clients will need. How do we do that? All of our work is tested by trainers that do not work for or affiliated with our program. We test all dogs in the Service Dog program by AKC standards. You can expect your Service Dog to come home with an AKC Canine Good Citizen test complete, AKC Canine Good Citizen Urban complete and finally an AKC Community Canine with their task work as well.

At Errorless SDs we do things a little differently and have fallen completely in love with Positive Reinforcement training methods. Your dogs become members of our family for the duration of their work here at Errorless SDs. We are so lucky to have this business and work in this field and we treat our
clients as the driving force behind our business, because they are!
“When I found Errorless Learning and started trying to learn its principles it was so frustrating for me. I come from the balanced training side and it was a complete mind shift for me, personally. I had to come to terms with the fact that dogs do not have to get the wrong answer even one time before
they can learn how to do things the right way. I learned about always setting my dogs up for success and doing more work and taking more responsibility for behavior as the trainer. When it finally sank in, I fell in love with it. We are putting dogs through this program more comprehensibly and more efficiently
then ever before with these methods and seeing outstanding confidence in them.”

Our trainers are expected to video the good and bad. How do we deal with an issue with your dog? Let us show you so we can be prepared as a team if the issue pops up again when the dog comes home. We only employ Service Dog Trainers with excellent communication skills. Our clients can expect communication during business hours and a video and photos weekly on the progress of their pups. We do ask that clients stick to communication during business hours as to not over work our already amazing team. Our clients are always welcome to visit their dog while in training and we prefer that you do! The more you handle your dog before training ends the better the transition goes for everyone, puppy included.
