Is there financing available?

Yes, in two forms. We work with Flexxbuy so our clients can get monthly payment options that work for most budgets. Our only rule is that our dogs must be paid in full before they leave the program. We are usually really flexible and can do many different payments splits if the client is choosing to forego using the Flexxbuy program. Most commonly, we split out the total and divide it by the months of training left. We do require the payment plan be thought through up front as it is a part of our final contracts.

How do I calculate the final cost?

If you are looking at a dog on the "Service Dog Drop Out" page the final and total cost will be listed by that specific dog. Transport costs are always added on and taken care of by the client. 

If you are looking for the total cost of your Service Dog prospect from the "Service Dogs for Sale" page please add your Puppy Price (Listed on the dogs profile) + Phase One + Phase Two + Phase Three = Final Cost of your dog.

A trained program dog that we purchased as a puppy is currently $41,590.00. If you put a puppy into the BYOP program the total cost is $38,590.00. 

What is the timeline for getting a dog?

Our dogs are trained through three AKC tests and added task work. The timeline is different for every dog. The training phases are split up into 4 month periods, but that does not mean we will send a dog home at one year of age. We don't work like that. We have to navigate puppy raising, hormonal changes and our dogs all get spayed/neutered here in the program. We have to navigate those changes as well and the hormonal changes that come with getting fixed. Most often, from puppy hood we will have the dog for 16-18 months working on training. This allots us time to work through all the different development periods we see in the first two years. 

Why are these dogs so expensive?

This is our most asked question and for good reason. At Errorless we are totally aware our dogs are not cheap. We put a ton work in to each dog and know that our number one goal is quality.  

Working hours:

We put no less than 600 working hours into EACH dog that goes home. 600! That does not count the basic behavior in the home, feeding and driving to and from training and vet care. Our trainers are professionals in every sense of the word. They are building a program to custom fit your exact needs for each client that comes into our program. So, while our basic training goals are the same for each dog, our extended training goals are all very different for each dog. Our program is based on our clients needs, we do not train in the box and have our clients hop in there. We train out of the box in custom programs and work our dog to the clients needs, not the other way around. 

Play and Socialization Hours:

Our program is a board-and-train style program. That means our trainers are on call 24/7 for the duration of training your dog. There is no break or time down. When your dog has a need, our trainers are there. That is on top of the working hours that they put into the dog. 

Phase 4 and After:

We offer virtual help for the life of the dog. Once you finish Phase 4 in the home we don't just drop you and move on to the next. The company has been around for 10 years now and has been there to help every single client that needs help at different times in the life of their dog. You can always call, text or ask for help. We are here! 

Quality:

Our trainers are allowed to train 4 dogs per year. Unlike other Service Dog organizations, we work in the home only and out and about in public. This means if you come to visit your dog, it lives in the home of the trainer. We do not have a large warehouse type set up that kennels dogs the majority of the time. This allows us to put in all of the life skills needed to create a successful dog and relationship for you, our handlers. 

What if I can't afford it even with financing?

Our goal as an organization is to reach every income level with help. If you cannot afford to go with us, I would encourage you to check out our non-profit called Ans Angels Coalition! We set this up in 2024 and have it on the ground running with two dogs currently in the program! We are so proud of this effort and it stems directly from the Errorless Service Dogs program. Same amazing trainers, same exact program style and build, but free to those on or applied for government disability! 

In 2026, we will also launch a work book with video series for free to help anyone in between to pick, train and have success with their own service dog! We see you, we know it isn't cheap and service dogs aren't as accessible as they should be. These are the ways in which we are working to help solve that problem.

How do the dogs get home?

Again, we try to be very flexible. We want our trainers to hang out with the new handler and dog for at least four days to transfer training work and help with any transition hiccups. This can be done either where your dog is currently located at their trainers, or at home with you. 

As a company we prefer the trainer and dog come to you for that period. It is much easier for us to deal with and help the dog transition when we have them in your environment. This also allows for the dog to start to ease into the home and see the trainer less and less over those few days. No matter if you come to us or the dog comes to you, those training sessions are free to our clients. We do have our clients pay for transportation costs such as Hotel, Flight and Rental Car for the trainer.

Another popular option that we love is when our clients fly to the trainer. Then the next day the trainer and client do the first Service Dog flight together. The value in this option is unmatched! You will get to watch your trainer work the airport with your dog and take all those tips for the next time you have to do it alone.  

Who picks my dog out for me?

Our clients will generally call with a need for a dog. We have a phone conversation where we match the need to any dogs we may have available. This is all done by Dawn, the owner. Sometimes it will happen that we will finish our initial call with a few idea's on dogs that might fit and then Dawn will start reaching out to the trainers and share a vague profile with them for the client. This way the trainer that has the dog also has a say in the process and if their dog will fit the client and the needs. 

We are a team and we act like it in every aspect!

Will you train my family dog?

Generally, no. Our process is very detailed from finding great breeders to temperament testing the puppies. From the 8-10 week mark we do an excessive amount of socialization work to bolster our prospect dogs to Service Dog work. It is too much of a gamble for both you and our company to take a family dog and try to do the work from a late start. We don't want to fail our clients or even give them unfair odds at success with their dog. This is not a service we will offer. 


Can you find me a prospect dog?

Yes! We do offer a puppy prospect service with our years of experience backing us up! We will find you a great breeder, we will work with that breeder for your specific needs and then also help you to pick out the best possible puppy from that breeder. This is sold only as a service and can be quoted by phone or email for you. 

Can I buy a prospect from a breeder and send them to you for the program?

Yes, with in reason. We can help you find the best possible puppy for you in the breed you want. This is conditional upon breed. There are some breeds that are going to just be way more work and way to much risk to bring into the program. Our program is a well oiled machine. We have a specific set of things we look for in prospect dogs and we know the breeds we have the most success with if we can find an awesome breeder. As usual, we do not want to waste your time and have you paying for a dog that isn't likely to finish the program based on breed alone. If we can come to an agreement on breed, then we can find the best dog for you!


Can I come visit my dog while its training?

Please DO! Our success rate grows exponentially if our clients are engaged in the whole process. You can come learn how to handle your dog as a puppy and into adolescence. If you have learned all about your puppy and adolescent dog and how to handle them when they are their hardest, how much easier will it be when your dogs comes to you fully trained? You will know how to deal with most issues and need the least help from your trainer. We allow clients to come up to once a month and spend time with their dogs and watch their trainer work. We believe this is a huge part of the transparency that our industry needs. We are happy to have you visit! Happy to answer your training questions at every turn and happy you want to take part in the process. 

Will my dog be a certified Service Dog when it leaves Errorless SD's?

This is such an important and very frequently asked question. There is no certification in the United States for a Service Dog. So, the certificates your dog will earn at Errorless SD's are to keep our quality of training high and keep the dogs coming out of the program consistent. There is no "certificate," that will say "My dog is a Service Dog!" That does not exist in any meaningful way according to the ADA. Many programs will give a "Certificate of Completion" for the program they graduated from. We don't do that at Errorless SD's. We stick with the three AKC certificates each dog earns so that both our clients and trainers know the dogs have been checked by a third party trainer that isn't affiliated with the company. 

You will see often online websites offering to "Register your Service Dog," these are a scam. There is no registry nor certification in the United States that will be recognized or covered by the ADA. (Americans with Disabilities Act)
